Donald Polvere, Jr. and Executive Pastry Chief, Tiina Polvere, are the proprietors of Petticoat Row Bakery. Tiina studied at the New York Cooking School, the Culinary Institute of America, and at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She later owned The Nantucket Cake Company, with her husband Don, and now uses her incredible talent making delicious treats daily at the bakery.
